Your tasks:

  • Responsible for the project coordination of the specified phases in advance quality planning APQP in cooperation with Program Manager, Project Manager Engineering, Project Manager Production and Quality Assurance Manager
  • Creation of the Q-plan for customer projects
  • Responsible for the moderation of design and process FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
  • Support with process capability analyses (cp/cpk)
  • Support with the MSA measurement system analysis
  • Responsible for the creation and coordination of control plans
  • Conducting product audits in the product realization process
  • Active contributor to quality improvement Lessons Learned

How you convince us:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering FH / qualified mechanical engineering technician HF or qualified process technician HF
  • Sound knowledge as a quality planner in accordance with the requirements of EN 9145 and/or VDA 4.3 (an advantage)
  • Good knowledge in the implementation and moderation of D-FMEA, P-FMEA and associated methods
  • Experience in project management according to the specifications of EN 9145 APQP/PPAP 5-phase model
  • Experience in process capability analyses cp/cpk, (an advantage)
  • Experience in test planning
  • Experience in measurement system analysis MSA (an advantage)
  • Good knowledge as internal/external auditor according to ISO 19011 requirements
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Very good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Project)
  • Initiative, structured way of working and willingness to perform
  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High level of personal responsibility, strong assertiveness, good communication skills
