Your responsibilities:

• Management and development of around 160 employees
• Overall responsibility for delivery reliability, quality and efficiency
• Further development of processes, structures and technologies
• Implementation of lean and operational excellence
• Close cooperation with engineering, quality and supply chain

Aim of the position:
You ensure that our production delivers reliably today and is more efficient, stable and scalable tomorrow. You manage close to the shop floor, provide guidance during change and make quality, deadlines and efficiency plannable. This role is for creators, not administrators.
