Your tasks:

In the Medical Interior Components division, we develop and manufacture medical interiors for rescue helicopters. Our solutions provide medical teams with the space and technical infrastructure they need to care for patients even under the most challenging conditions.
As a MIC Technician, you ensure that our systems are manufactured with precision and professionally installed directly in the helicopter.
  • You will assemble high-quality components and subassemblies for rescue helicopters such as the H135 and H145.
  • You will perform precise riveting, bonding, and laminating work.
  • You will install our medical equipment directly into rescue helicopters at the customer’s site.
  • You will work according to technical specifications and, with your strong commitment to quality, ensure that the perfect solution is developed for the customer.
  • You’ll oversee our products from manufacturing through to installation in the aircraft.
  • During installation assignments in Europe, you’ll represent Bucher Leichtbau directly to the customer.
  • At the end of your work, you won’t just see a finished product—you’ll see what it’s used for.

How you convince us:

You are an experienced professional who enjoys working with precision and taking on responsibility even when you’re on the go.
  • Completed technical training in the mechanical field, such as as a polymechanic or machine fitter
  • At least three years of professional experience in a regulated technical environment
  • Experience in assembly and a passion for technically demanding hands-on work
  • Good written and spoken German
  • English at least at the B1 level
  • A meticulous and quality-conscious approach to work
  • Team spirit and a sense of personal responsibility
  • Enjoyment of assembly assignments and travel of approximately 20–40…
