We are looking for an experienced leader and /or expert to head up the certification department for our products in the Cabin & Catering Equipment and HEMS air rescue business units
Objective of the role:
To ensure that all relevant certifications are obtained on time and cost-effectively across all projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 15–20 staff members
- Overall responsibility for all certification processes
- Planning of resources, capacities and workflows
- Coordination with customers, authorities and internal departments
- Process optimisation and continuous development within the specialist area
- Training and induction of new team members
