Ensuring efficient user support for all employees
System engineering, documentation, implementation, and operation of the industrial IT environment
Risk management, emergency planning and emergency management for IT operations
Management of all IT systems, software and licences used in the company
Documentation of the relevant IT guidelines, process and work instructions
Cross-site management and further development of the IT support team (3 employees)
Establishment, contracting, coordination, and monitoring of external vendors Active support for digitalization projects with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure
How you convince us:
Completed studies in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH/TU) or comparable
Sound, proven experience in the implementation of modern IT solutions (Windows Server/Clients, Windows AD/Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management, Virtualisation (VMWare vCenter / ESXi, Proxmox, CITRIX Xen), CITRIX Terminal Server/VDI Services, Network Routing/Switching, Automation and Scripting)
Can-do and hands-on mentality
Experience in supporting end users at the service desk
Understanding of data protection and IT security requirements
Relevant professional experience (5 -10 years) and management experience in an industrial environment
Organisational talent with a structured and cross-linked way of working
Strategic thinking, high problem-solving ability and service orientation
Social skills as well as adept communication and counselling skills, negotiation skills
Very good oral and written German and English skills (C2/C1)
