Your tasks:

Resource lists: 
  • Creating resource lists with a focus on production data for HoV monuments
  • Defining and adjusting target times
  • Classifying items and their work plans
  • Optimising and further developing work plans in accordance with regulatory requirements
Production movement data:
  • Checking and plausibility checks of production orders
  • Approval and selective monitoring of internal production orders
  • Monitoring of individual workstation capacities
  • Evaluations of target and actual times for optimisation measures
Changes, complaints and additional orders:
  • Implementation of changes in accordance with process specifications, including creation or adjustment of production orders and coordination with purchasing
  • Creation or adjustment of production orders in the event of feedback, complaints or additional orders
  • Production order adjustment and master data reconciliation
Controlling:
  • Checking planned and actual values for correctness
Internal projects:
  • Collaboration on or management of internal optimisation projects

How you convince us:

  • Completed apprenticeship in a technical field
  • Further training in work preparation/ERP master data
  • Training as a process specialist is an advantage
  • 2 years of professional experience in the metal construction industry or mechanical engineering
  • Experience in logistics and production processes, work preparation and ERP master data
  • Experience in regulated industries such as aviation, medical technology, automotive, etc. is an advantage
  • MS Office user skills, good ERP skills
  • Knowledge of aviation requirements EN9100 (e.g. EASA Part 21) is an advantage
  • Team player, cooperative, reliable and precise
  • Networked thinking, goal-oriented mindset
  • Written and spoken German and English skills (First, Level B2)
