Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations, including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Preparation for the annual audit
Assistance with the further development of controlling and MIS
Support in the annual budgeting process
Collaboration on projects in the finance department
Participation in the further development of internal company processes and their automation and digitalisation
Key user for the ‘Cobus’ ERP system
Support during holiday absences in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
How you convince us:
Completed further training as a Swiss Federal Specialist in Finance and Accounting
Several years of experience in relevant areas, preferably in the industrial sector with in-house production
Proficient MS Office skills, ERP experience with ERP Cobus and Infoniqa one 200 is desirable
Strong affinity for numbers, discretion, self-motivation and openness to new ideas
Precise, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Resilient personality with a strong commitment to quality
Very precise and accurate approach to work
Active collaboration with a hands-on mentality
Native German speaker, English skills at level B2
