Your tasks:

  • Degreasing, pickling and passivating aluminium parts
  • Operating the bath system in accordance with process sequences and environmental regulations
  • Warm ageing of aluminium parts and hardness testing
  • Supervising the chemical pre-treatment line for aluminium, including analysing and replenishing the pre-treatment baths
  • Neutralising waste water in compliance with AWEL standards
  • Documentation of analyses and pH measurements
  • Ordering and reordering chemicals
  • General maintenance work on the bath system
  • Deputising at the powder coating plant
