Your tasks:
Planning and monitoring the frame construction and riveting departments
Technical and personnel management of the relevant teams (approx. 10 employees)
Creating resource planning and order prioritization according to store floor management and ERP system
Ongoing optimization of process flows, work instructions and workplace optimization in the foreman area
Implementation of safety, quality and deadline specifications
Promoting subordinate employees, including employee training
Planning and applying for investments
Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the department’s machines and equipment
How you convince us:
Training as a tinsmith or plant and equipment fitter
Experience in sheet metal processing (preferably aluminum)
Experience in a management function or lean management is an advantage
Flexible, resilient and a team player
High quality awareness
Good knowledge of MS Office
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
