Operational procurement and scheduling of mechanical and electrical components and assemblies in the required quality for installation in aircraft, including price negotiations
Scheduling, approval and monitoring of internal or external production orders
Ensuring the incorporation of design changes during series production
Advising and supporting internal departments on procurement issues
Proactive deadline monitoring and tracking of components and assemblies to be procured
Setting up new suppliers and contact person for technical enquiries
Active search for solutions to procurement bottlenecks and problems
Ongoing optimisation of scheduling data, inventories and availability as well as developing suggestions for improving scheduling processes
Collaboration on various projects
How you convince us:
Technical apprenticeship, preferably in cubic clamping production
Further training as a technical merchant, purchaser or operations specialist
Several years of professional experience in operational procurement or scheduling in a highly regulated environment
Familiarity with ERP-systems
Good written and spoken English skills
Understanding and enjoyment of the lean philosophy
Networked thinking, negotiating skills and a confident demeanour
