Your tasks:

  • Creation of master data
  • Mapping the manufacturing process in the ERP system
  • Planning plant and production orders in the ERP system
  • Ensuring the completeness and correctness of master data and classifications for new articles and
  • Adjustments to existing articles
  • Define standard times
  • Managing and adapting orders for capacity planning, coordinating long lead items with strategic procurement, project management and development
  • Checking the PLM interface
  • Performing tasks in the change process
  • Clean up production orders and synchronize master data
  • Checking the plausibility of planned and post-calculation values

How you convince us:

  • You have successfully completed technical education with further training as a REFA specialist, technician or comparable training
  • You have several years of professional experience in work preparation – ideally in a production environment
  • You have an independent, structured and process-oriented way of working and a high level of quality awareness
  • You are a goal-oriented leader and are characterized by a process-oriented, structured, analytical and methodical way of working
  • You have a sound knowledge of MS Office and common ERP tools
  • Good German and English language skills
