Customer Service Excellence

At this year’s aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg Bucher was thrilled to once again show several of its leading product innovations. One example was Bucher’s high-end entry door complex featuring an innovative Galley with a large LCD brand panel to welcome passengers, a fully extendable and easy to clean work surface, and the unique beverage dispensing Galley insert SkyDrinx (see news report). Another new product on display was a full-fledged Center Galley, which is a part of Bucher’s new Galley System for Boeing’s 777 airplane. This exciting addition to Bucher’s product line combines the well-known lightweight and reliable design with a brand new appearance which perfectly blends in with the cabin architecture. Bucher was excited to show these and other products to the many visitors, customers, and partners who attended the Expo.

Also at the Expo, Airbus once again awarded Bucher for our Excellent Customer Service Performance in 2015 (see press release). Bucher already won this award in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014. These awards underscore the success of Bucher’s customer-centric focus and commitment.
